Adjust
Your Monitor
For
best viewing of the images on these pages, adjust your monitor to
the grayscale step tablet with the instructions below. Your monitor
should be set to a minimum of 16 bit colour.
Adjust the
brightness and contrast of your monitor so that you can see each step
separately.
Pay more
attention to the black steps here. The darkest step should be as dark
as you can make it while still being able to distinguish it from the
next lighter step.
The background
of this particular screen you are looking at is set to neutral gray,
so if you see any strong colour tint to it, try adjusting your monitor's
colour balance.
